Empty tabs

Hi to all,

I've used ModuleBuilder to create a few new modules and decided to delete one that I no longer needed. Since then, where the name of the module was in the tab bar, it's now an empty tab.

I've changed everything I can think to change and it's still there. Any help would be appreciated.

I found the error in custom\application\Ext\Include\modules.ext.php. Thanks anyway.
