Entering Contact

I downloaded 6.0 and there are hundreds of contacts. How do i get rid of them and is there a wizard for 6.0 and how to input data.

Here are a few options:

1) Reinstall Sugar but choose NOT to load the demo data
2) Run a bunch of delete statements against the db if you know which tables are safe to delete from
3) Mass delete through the Sugar UI on the list view

Hi,

Where sugarcrm save the contact information?
I lost my contact info when sugar crash & this prompt me to be more careful, while i search for my lost efforts in the mean time.

Hi Issachar

SugarCRM saves contacts information into tables contacts and contacts_cstm.
Sometimes it is due corrupted tables.
Run the repair tools on MySQL to make sure all tables are fine.
