I'm new to SugarCRM. I just started recently reading about the product offerings avaliable. Over the past several years I've worked for 2 different Enterprise Knowledge Managment companies; Kanisa, and ServiceWare. They are now merged into one company, Knova Software. While there our services department integrated many differnt CRM offerings into the enterprise KM solutions, IE Salesforce, Calarify, Perigrin, Remedy...Just to name a few. Enterprise KM integration is more and more common allong side HelpDesk CRM solutions these days for big business. It makes sense.
I'm curious, Are there those out there who have integrated KM solutions with SugarCRM for their helpdesk? If not why? Is this something that people are truly looking for? Please share your thoughts.
