Any help with this quandary would be much appreciated. My small business (which is trying to create a big business perception) is in need of much of the functionality that Enterprise provides. However, I don't have 5 users, so buying the minimum of 5 licenses for Enterprise $2500 per yr is a major waste of money, and therefore unacceptable.

What I am hoping to use Sugar for is Workflow/Project management, Sales/Marketing, and customer service/ticketing -- all with reporting capability. I also need a customer portal that will integrate/interface with Sugar to allow the customer to open their own case or workorder (task), and then be updated throughout the completion process.

If I could buy 1 or 2 licenses for Enterprise, I would probably do so, but that doesn't seem possible. I would welcome any input from those with CE experience with these sort of issues / add-ons.
