error after upgrade to 4.5

This is the error I get after my upgrade was 'successful'... I tried to empty the templated_c dir of all files, I tried rebooting, let me know..

This is pretty sad, out of 11 views, not one person commented. This is buggy software at best, I tried to do a fresh install and had errors. Please don't "contribute" more buggy software?!?

For tips on posting a message that is more likely to get a response check out this post. In general this works with most opensource products when posting questions.
