    That's always a fun problem.

Chances are that one of these tables (or all) has become damaged in some way or some of its records have been lost:

    folders
    folders_subscription

One way to identify where the problem is at is to get the ID value of the user experiencing the problem. Next, check the folders table for any records where the created_by column is equal to that user's ID. If you don't get any results, that's your problem. If so, you can manually recreate the records by copying another user's entry.

If, instead, you find that the records are in folders, verify that they are referenced in folders_subscription.
    Regards,
