Error importing Accounts

Hi all

We are using SugarCE 5.5.1, and suddlenly we have got an error importing a flat file with new accounts.

The error message we got is:

NOTICE: [8] Undefined index: Currencies on line 42 in file C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\sugartest\modules\acl_ fields\fields_logic.php

And the file we are trying to upload, with as personal delimeter: ";" is this (containing header)

Any suggestions why this is happening??... importing accounts has working fine all the time until now.

This looks like a custom file. Can you post it's contents?
