Errors after moving Sugar 4.01d

Do any docs exist on how to MOVE SugarCRM to another server? After backing up and restoring the SQL, copy the files, and editing the config file to reflect the new DB name, and server info... I get these errors:

Looks like the DATA dir didn't get moved over... I'm trying to remove all files now.

OK, the move seems to have worked, except now when I hit UPGRADE WIZARD, I get this error.

Warning: mkdir(cache/upload//upgrades): Permission denied in /home/north23/public_html/sugar/include/dir_inc.php on line 57
