Errors when installing on shared hosting server

Installed SugarCRM Community Edition (FastStack) on my PC. Everything works fine except Campaigns - I want to use tracker links.

So, decided to install in public_html where out site is hosted (Shared Hosting). and I get these errors (please see attached file). Sugar installation manual advises attributes to set to 755 and hosting server suggests 766.

Anyway, all folders referred to are set to 755 and files are set to 644.

Tried setting to 766 as advised and then the page will not open. Tried settin to 766 one at a time - I start with config.php and its fine, I then set custom folder and files to 766 and its OK but one I set Data to 766, I get the error 'could not open page'

Any thought? or any way of configuring FastStack installation so that I can track E-mail campaigns. At the moment the only think it tells me is how many sent out.
