    Default Evaluating SugarCRM

    I am evaluating SugarCRM OS. Looking for a flexible solution that handles both B2B and B2C sales as well as customer service.

    Couple things jump out at me. Does the system have a group concept? I know they have group emails but can tasks be assigned to groups? I don't see anything like that. I guess a customize field could be created.

    Any positives or draw backs would be appreciated.

    hi,

    i think, u can use roles to do, what u want.

    And there is a additional team-module for the os-version, that u can install and build up teams. I think, u can assign task to teams then. (but i did not checked this) Maybe someone other can give detailed informations on that.

    There is also a team module in the pro version which you can test online from the main sugarcrm site
