Event Registration Module

Is there an event registration module that can be used for signups and event announcements?

We have a commercial event planning module that we are adding ticketing/event registration to. Our current customers are running under pro or enterprise so we have not released an OS version but plan to strip down our functionality and have some sort of OS version.
