We have a customer who is looking to integrate their existing phone system (Cytrack) into Sugar.
They need it to recognise phone numbers and then either open up an existing lead/contact (if the number is recognised) OR if the number is new, then create a new lead in SugarCRM.
Sadly I can only do half of this with Cytrack - they can't handle the NEW lead requirement. (and have quoted me $5,000 to build this missing piece of functionality)

The customer is happy to consider another solution. What I need is an existing plugin that can link with Cytrack (or their phone system directly) and perform the above functions.

What (tried and tested) solutions are out there that people have used and work - or can reccomend.

All suggestions gratefully accepted.
