Hi, I'm new to Sugar forums and am a product manager rather than a developer, so I apologize in advance if the answer is obvious. I'm interested in any variant of this request, if there's a similar but better practice or module that already exists. I really appreciate any guidance anyone can provide!

We get 100s of new Leads coming into Sugar from our website and want a Sugar page or pages that displays the following:

1. Leads that match Contacts already in the system. An administrator should be able to link Leads those to those existing Contacts using a mass update (and change the status of the Leads from New to Converted).

2. matches of Leads "Account Name" fields against names of actual Accounts that exist, and, if they do, we can check off these Leads, and Convert this list into Contacts on those Accounts.

3. In cases where Leads match no Contacts or Accounts, we'd like to be check off the non-matches and do a mass update that converts the Leads into Contacts and creates those Accounts.

It would be helpful if the Duplicate Match logic is more than just a straight match (ideally includes similar but not identical results).
