Export only Name and Email

I am trying to export only the name and primary email address from about 10,000 contacts. The only way I can see is to export everything and then delete the data I don't need but to do this for 10,000 contacts is very time consuming.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also need to do this ... We have a customer who wishes to do branded Mailshots using another company

So this is very important...

You can change the function create_export_query in the module calls file or you can change the export_utils.php file in include directory.
