Express/CE hosting Europe

I am looking for cost effective hosting of either Express or CE for 10 users.

I have a trial account of express hosted on Sugar on demand. But I am getting uneven server response times. I am located in Switzerland. Are there any European providers for hosted Express/CE that are large, trustworthy, good customer service, fast server response times, and cost competitive with Sugar on Demand from SugarCRM.com?

Any recommendations would be welcome.

for €99,- one time fee you can have a CE system hosted by KINAMU. €39,- per year for an addiitonal GB storage space.

We have our SugarCRM Servers in USA. However we do have clients for hosted SugarCRM in few EU countries for as long as 3 years!
