FaceBook Connectors, et al

Ok, for weeks and weeks i have been hunting for the explanation on how to install the Facebook connectors or whatever is necessary to make the CRM social and all I can find is this

Can someone please post a link to the instruction on how to get this working???

they announce it here but no where are instructions. anyone have this working?
