Facts and thoughts about upcoming patch C

Hi all,

I've taken a quick look at the bug list covered by the upcoming patch 4.5.0C.
There are 57 of them - well I'd rather say 56, as bug 9119 is actually a typo. That's the highest number since version 4.2.1, as far as I could figure out.
Two of them are related to the email module.
None of them are related to the Outlook Plug-In (OPI), which will probably dissapoint the customers who expect more for their purchase.
One of them concerns the calendar module.

For people like myself whose major issues at the moment concern the email and calendar modules, that's only half good news (to be optimistic). I've noticed a scheduled 4.5.1 release which covers 1 email, 4 OPI and 0 (zero) calendar bugs. Looks like there's still a long way ahead until Sugar will become really sweet for its users.

I think the first bug says a lot about the bug fixing of Sugar. I am worried that the bugs run this deep but new versions are still being released...

We're currently targeting end of this week for 4.5.0c. I've asked for input on key bugs you think should be fixed in 4.5.0c.

If you have suggestions, that would be helpful. As you can see, we are addressing a lot of bugs submitted by you and others.
