Default Fatal error: Class 'DateTimeUtil' not found

I have some issues with my Activity/Calls and when I try to fix them, i get:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'DateTimeUtil' not found in /var/www/sugar/modules/Administration/RepairActivities.php on line 49

The File RepairActivities.php do exists and so is DateTimeUtil.php but i Still get this error every time i try to run the Repair Activities, it looks like an older error but it is not. I recently updated from 5.5.1 to 5.5.3 to see if the error could be fixed but it didn't, can anybody help me to fix this?

I'm missing some path or something?

By the way, if I run the selects that are inside the RepairActivities.php they do work and shows some items.

    Sapichu.

What version of PHP are you using? Make sure it is one of the versions supported for your version of Sugar.

A list is available here: http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/products...platforms.html

Exclamation Re: Fatal error: Class 'DateTimeUtil' not found

    I have a similar problem .
Fatal error: Class 'DateTimeUtil' not found in /{sugarroot}/modules/Administration/RepairActivities.php on line 80

The good news is that I reproduced it.
I downloaded version 5.5.4, then installed it (without any exceptions).
If you create just one "meeting" and then execute "Admin" -> "Repair"-> "Repair Activities" you will get the exact error.

Does someone have solution for this ?

    Apache 2.0
    PHP Version 5.2.8
    MySql - version 5.0.77

    Hello,

I have exactly the same problem.

I just upgrade sugarcrm from 5.2.0 to 5.5.1 (with the goal to upgrade to 6.0.0).

And I have exactly the same message.

    Has anybody a solution ?

    My confiig :

    Linux
    PHP : Version 5.2.13
    MySQL : 5.0.84

I 've checked Angel's link. It seems it's ok for the minimal config but not for the recommended config.

    Admin

Fatal error: Class 'DateTimeUtil' not found in /public_html/modules/Administration/RepairActivities.php on line 49

    What is DateTimeUtil ?
    Is it a widget?

I already created a case on this issue at sugar support.
However there does not seem to be a lot of response. I got one time instructions, which didn't solve the problem. And after that didn't here anything anymore. Even after asking for an update.

    It is case number 59866

Seems that they don't know the solution, or don't want to spend time to it.

Correction: they just escalated the issue, so in a shorter time period we might get some answers

    Hello,

    - I havn't bought sugarcrm version, I have the sugarcrm CE, which is free. So if I have welll understood, I cannot use the case portal of the supprt ?

    Or I'm wrong ?

    - Please, may you tell us what where their answer with the instruction they gave you ?

    - Even if you say these instruction did'nt solve the problem, perhaps they can help us to understand or perhaps the will work on another configuration than yours.

    - I have another question for you or for who can help us : is this fatal error really "worrying" ? I'm not sure how to tell this in english : is it a total disaster or have we a chance to override it without problems if we choose to not worry about it ?

    Thanks.

Yeah the case portal is only for pro and ENT users.

The instructions I got from the portal are as follows:

Can you please check and make sure that the file
'modules/Calendar/DateTimeUtil.php' exists and the file permissions are correct?

Here is a document that shows what the permissions should be:
    http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...sions_on_Linux
I think your last question depends on your errors you encounter. For me I had some issues with meetings and calls in subpanels, but this did not seem to be related to this error. This error is still not solved, but the subpanels are working again. If you don't see direct issues, I wouldn't worry too much.

I think it is good for Sugar though to find the cause of this issue.

    Have a good weekend!

    Thank U very much !

Well, I have checked, and the file exists.

I will do a full backup and try the upgrade from 5.5.1 to 6.0.0
