Fatal error: Class 'SugarBean' not found

Good day for SugarCRM community...
I have implemented sugarCRM version 6.3 for us. I have create a Email Campaign as described in sugarCRM application user manual. Unfortunately all the marketing Emails are no sent to recipient(leads/account..) automatically.
All the mail are in email queue in the application. In order to automate the scheduler process I run the cron.php file from comment line. But I got the fatal error as described below...


Application path is : c:\wamp\www\crm

I want know the correct procedure to run Email Campaign if I am wrong...
Can you help me to solve the above mentioned Fatal Error problem to run the cron.php to automate the scheduler process...

I am facing the same issue in 6.4.0

I've seen a couple of other posts highlighting the same issue. Surprisingly, nobody has replied to the query.
Somebody please explain this. I am guessing, for some reason, the class has not been defined before this file is executed (not sure what I'm saying ).
Some please please please care to explain this .. thanks.
