Unhappy Fatal Error, maybe PHP related?

Hi, I am using the current, just upgraded release of CE in a Debian Etch up to date server. Since upgrading, some things do not work any more, instead I get an error like the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method LoggerManager::getloggerrepository() in /var/www/catsanet/SugarSuite-Full-4.2.1d/log4php/LoggerPropertyConfigurator.php on line 120

In particular, I can not get related modules in my lists, v.gr. in accounts I can not see contacts.

My PHP release is 5.2.0-8+etch13, mysql server 5.0.32-7etch8

Someone has any idea what I can do to solve this issue?

    Thanks in advice.

    Cheers

Are you running any third party modules like ZuckerReports? If so, make sure you upgrade to the latest version that runs on Sugar 5.

Yes indeed. So, I will try upgrading ZuckerReports. Thank you.

I tried to upgrade ZuckerReports to the latest release, but I get an error about a missing file, which indeed is on the path where it is supposed to be. It appears with all modules I try to install, uninstall, enable or disable. Here is the error::

Specified directory '' for zip file 'cache/upload/upgrades/module/Contracts_4.5.1e_0.zip' extraction does not exist.

    Any suggestion?
