Hello, I am new to sugarcrm, can I ask that if there any feature built in sugarcrm that I can sent mass email with a yes / no question in it and the system can generate the list of which people choose yes or no afterwards? Thanks a lot.

There is no ready made solution in SugarCRM OS for this. Maybe a small trick can deliver results to you.

If Yes or No is important to you. Make a link on YES or NO and track how many guys click on that. This way you can monitor and track how many guys opened the email and how many "voted" Yes or NO.

It seems bit simplistic but this is all I can share with you.
