Question The field I created does not show in my module

    Hi people,

I have a question for you, I created a custom field in my custom module but after deployment it isn't showing the field on editview, what can be causing this issue?; I have another custom module and I also had to create a field there and it worked normally, not like the other module that is not showing the created fields.

    what can be wrong?

    Regards,

    Juan Miguel

Did you add the field to the editview using studio?

    Did you save and deploy?

I had this issue a while back and it was gone after I reinstalled. I think it was an issue regarding database permissions. I have no idea in which logfiles to look or how to get more information into the logfiles. I just was suspicious that I did something wrong in my last install (I'm testing and so I'm often reinstalling).

What I did was dropping all the users that are related to sugar from mysql.

    I also dropped the database.

After reinstallation, letting sugar create the user, everything worked.

This is not a solution for everyone, I know, but maybe for you?
