We have recently upgraded our SugarCRM Commnity Edition from version 4.5.0h to version 5.5.1. We primary use SugarCRM's Case feature to track issues our customers create. Before the upgrade we would view a case, scroll down to "History", select an email there and then click "Reply" to respond to our customers via email. Then in that email the "From" field would be populated the value of "Reply-to address:" of the user logged into Sugar. After the upgrade that "From" field is now sometimes populated with the system default "From" Address field defined in like "Incoming Email" configuration, other times populated with the users "Reply-to address:" as before and sometimes we've seen it blank. We really just waat the user's Reply-to email used as before the upgrade. Has anyone else seen this issue? Have any ideas on what's causing this or any way of fixing this? I didn't see anything like this in the forums.
Our system is Linux based, Apache, php-5.2 with SugarCE 5.5.1. Any more info I can give?
