Fields not showing in all views

Hi all,

Forgive me if this is a silly question. Rather new to SugarCRM, so still getting my head around everything.

I'm having an issue where a custom field I've created inside the Product Module is not correctly showing in all views. The field is a "Relate" type field with the (related) Module set to Contacts.

I'm using it to track the Life Insured in an insurance policy (which can be different) to the policy owner.

As you can see in the attachments, the field is being displayed correctly in some views (e.g. Products -> Related Products Subpanel) but not others (Accounts -> Products Subpanel)

I have a feeling it may have something to do with the Relationships settings, but haven't quite got my head around their impact at this point.

Any help will be much appreciated.
