File Upload

Hello,

I am very new to SugarCRM and i just finished installing it. But i have a few questions about it.

Is it possible to add a custom field to the contacts section for file upload, to upload multiple files, i didn't see that as an option and was wondering if there is an easy way of adding that?

Also is it possible to maybe add a custom field for an image, so that each contact can have their own image displayed?

Both of these customizations cannot be done through the built-in customization tools. They can be made, but only via some custom programming that would require you to manually edit the source files.
