    Default Filter issues?

    I have a user that wants to see his items only. The My Items Only filter doesn't work because he has no items assigned to him. We tried to filter based on created by which should work but that is returning no items either. It makes no sense. When I look at the Created field, there are many rows with his ID on them but they don't show.

    Any ideas?

    You can create a Role which restrict access to owner and assign this user to that new Role.

    Should his items not be assigned to him if they are his?

    To your actual problem is the My Items Only filter still ticked?
