It all depends on what type of records you are dealing with. You could use Studio to add a checkbox field to your records called "Is Holiday?" and then add that checkbox field to your search forms. Then you could search for all records that have that checkbox checked.

Sorry for not putting my question clearly
Basically suppose i have one field "Holiday" in my calendar and i want to see a sorted list of holdays of any particular employee, please help me how can i do that?
One more thing if i want a list of enployees with holidays details(a list who shows that particular this employee is on leave/holyday on this-this day) then what is the best way to do that.
