    Default Filtering notes by user

    Hi All,

    I'm sure you can do this. I want to be able to search for notes based on who created them. I cannot see how to do this by changing the studio settings.

    can anyone help me please

    Hi Mike,

    you should be able to add the Created by field into the Notes search panel: Studio-->Notes-->Layouts-->Search-->Basic/Advanced Search. Move the Created By field from the Hidden column to the default column and hit Save and Deploy

    Yep, I've done that and see it in my search criteria. But when I select a user it delivers no results??? See attached screen grab
