Some of my users are having a problem with the flow of Notes in the History subpanel.

It was reported in the past that a note entered in the leads module would appear in all modules for that lead. I have verified that notes created in the leads module do not flow through to the opportunity or contacts module after converting the lead.

Is this the behavior I should expect. I've run some db repairs and changed the related to field while editing Notes. Although that does make the note appear in subsequent modules, it does not appear in all??
