We're at 312 projects now constituting 2.5M+ downloads. Overall I think this is remarkable given SugarForge's <2 year stint.
The "Development Status" category (e.g., "Planning", "Beta", "Mature") is meant to assist browsers but not all project admins establish this setting (even after repeated admonishments!!).
Regarding licenses, Sugar places no restrictions on the type of license a SugarForge project admin may employ. The same is true for SugarExchange listings, though you'll find many more commercial licenses on SugarExchange given the marketplace nature of SugarExchange.
