Hi,

You can easily create the Joomla Form that can be pushed into Sugar as Contact.

In Joomla you need to create the form, and then use SugarCRM's SOAP API to add the form information to SugarCRM as Contact.

Little understanding of how SOAP works and understanding on how we can create forms in Joomla can help you write this code.
