functionality for accounts

Hello,
I wondered if there was the possibility to assign :
for a customer (or client/contact) one or more function (one-to-many) in one or more societies
In other words, can a contact have more than one function in more than one society ?

or, is it possible to write a module handling this?

Another thing:
is it possible to assign "zones" or "regions" to contacts, like userrights? :
for example, can a contact be assigned to west side agency so that only the users on west side can handle this contact? and contacts assigned to all regions/zones can be accessible to all users?

You can accomplish such needs installing either Security Suite or CE Teams.

Unfortunately I can't find neither Security Suite nor CE Teams in the module add-ons.
Are these components additional modules or a SugarCRM upgrade? Where can I find them?
