Hi can anyone help me.

I need to be able to change the search field at the top of every page (generic search) to include % before each search term but don't know where to put this.

I've ben able to do this for the individual page searches i.e. contacts and accounts but it does not work for this search and dont know where to find the search file.

Any help would be great
