Getting rid of test data

My installation came full of a bunch of test data. How do I get rid of this?

Re-install - this time do not check Populate database with demo data - on Step 3 - Database Configuration.

I just clicked a link at my web hosting co to install. There were no steps. How can I get rid of it now it's in there?

If they forced demo data on you I would ask them how to get rid of it. I would assume they would have something for you.
