Talking Good for Real Estate Brokers?

I am currently using Top Producer 7i, the most well-known contact management system for real estate agents, etc.

I am thinking of moving over to SugarCRM and replace 7i. 7i has some good features, but it's not intuitive to use at all.

Here is a few things I use in Top Producer that I want to make sure I can still do in SugarCRM.

    • Ability to search through my customers, such as by "seller" or "buyer" or "previous client" and send out an email to all those customers at once, can this be done with SugarCRM?
    • Be able to export lists based on what type of customer it is, i.e. "seller", "buyer", etc. I need do export to csv or similar so I can upload to postcard printing service, mailing service, for printed mailouts. CAn this be done?
    • I beleive I see this elsewhere, but I need to be able to setup customers on different "campaigns", such as a 50 part campaign for previous sellers that may feature both emails, calls, and mailouts. CAn this be done easily?

    Thanks!!

Thumbs up Re: Good for Real Estate Brokers?

I'm a commercial real estate broker in San Francisco and I have to say that top producer sucks. I assure you that you will be much happier with sugar. Sugar needs some customization to be truely great for real estate brokers. I used Nval Solutions and they delivered a truely first rate product. Overall I think sugar has helped me greatly.
