Hi,
refer this thread http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showt...ht=gotomeeting
I have managed to get the recorded gotomeeting sessions working on Linux (ubuntu) with mplayer.
Since mplayer is available for mac (http://mplayerosx.sourceforge.net/) the same principle should work there as well.
Here is how:
- Make sure you have mplayer and the win32 codecs installed
- Just to be sure mplayer will pick up the new codec
- You may need to enable the medibuntu repositories for that
- Download the gotomeeting "codec" from here https://www1.gotomeeting.com/codec?P...otomeeting.com
- It is actually an exe not just the codec :-)
- Run the exe DLed in 2 under wine - you will see lots of erros but eventually it says it is installed
- Copy the G2M.dll codec file from your wine c drive to your win32 codecs folder
- On ubuntu that is cp ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Citrix/GoToMeeting/320/G2M.dll /usr/lib/codecs
- Play the wmv files using mplayer :-)
Now I have not done this on a mac but you should be able to just put the G2M.dll file somewhere where the
mac mplayer will look for codecs. Maybe one of the mac users can try and post details here if it works.
Enjoy!
M
