gpl question ??

hello, i need to use a commercial flash application with maps and the flash application is not GPL. Can i use it with Sugar or not, because the different license type ???

My idea is to have a gpl module that include the flash application ( not GPL ) with XML data generate by the module.

Can i do this without violate the gpl license ??

I would say yes, since your are not going to modify the GPL modules...
But I would also ask for a second opinion
