Graphical Email Marketing

I am currently using sugar's email campaign for very basic emails. I'd like to start doing more robust, graphical email from the system - similar to a constant contact, or something like that. Does anyone know the best way to do this, or is there an add on to make the Sugar templates more "pretty" ?

You can include whatever HTML you'd like in the template. You can use the built-in editor or can drop in HTML directly though the pop-up window.
