    Default Group Calendar?

I am sure this is a no brainer and I just missed it in the documentation. Is there a way to view or keep a team calendar? I would like everyone to be able to see everything for resource planning.

    Thanks in advance,
    Marc

Click on the Calendar tab - then on the Shared button to see a Shared calendar for the company's employees.

    longreach,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I tried this and it appears as though only meetings and appointments show on the shared calendar. I was hoping to have either tasks or cases show up. Most likley this is a case of trying to stick a square peg in the round hole.

I am looking for some software that will allow me to dispatch and scheduling support technicians. I thought I might be able to use some sort of CRM/ERP package however now it looks as though I will either need to make some modifications to one or keep looking.

    Thanks again for the help
    Marc

Tasks with a due date will show on the due date.

If you look at our Info At Hand software (online demo at http://www.thelongreach.com/demos.html) you will see that it has something closer to what you are looking for - resources assigned to project tasks will show their assignments every day on the shared company week and day views provided - if that checkbox is selected. We’d be happy to modify it further for you …

My company is also trying to do the same thing. RIght now we have our own solution that we have developed, but it is old and clunky, a Sugar CRM dispatch plugin would be great, if you find anything like it that is open source please let me know, I will do the same. Also, I would be interested in starting a project like this.
