Group email message not displayed

Hello, we have been using Sugar for almost a month now. However, all of a sudden users are no longer being able to see two out of three of the group email accounts? On the left pane the group email account is showing 25 messages, but on the right it is showing 0. This seems to be impacting some users and not all. Would any one be kind enough to give some feedbacks on a possible fix?

Nevermind it...just keep clicking on the right pane and if you hit the right spot the emails will reappear again. Don't ask me which spot I don't know because it was random. Nice tool...Tim

A real bummer...so what I had clicked was the subject heading and very strange the right pane would show the message when it is sorted by subject and not date received. This is bad as we really need to look at messages by date received. Further investigation shows that it was the number of email per page setting that was causing the problem. We had that setting at 50 but changing it back to 20 the problem disappeared and messages were once again shown on the right pane sorted by received date. whew...Tim

Nevermind all of the above replies...the problem is intermittent and anyone else is experiencing this? I need a sugar superhero...Tim
