Hello! We are using SugarCRM as our database of any customer-information. If we had a meeting to present our software (which we do sale) and the customer had a feature request we would like to add it in the CRM. We thought to use the "note" fetaure. For example a customer would buy the software if it does run unde linux.
The goal of this DB-entry should be, that we can genereade a search of all this notes. For example, if we had develeped this linux-app it would be great to easy find all customer which had this request. Acutally I don't no a solution.

Can anyone tell me, how I can solve this? Thanks!
