You need to program the changes directly in the code.

No, unfortunately not.

The only thing you can add out of the box is your company logo.

Everything else, including footers, headers, discounts etc has to be programmed manually

Sorry, the user is trying to modify the pdf module that is generated in the quote module in PRO.

He is not trying to convert a PDF to another format. I suggest that you read more carefully what people are writing
