help installing sugarcrm

i followed the instructions, downloaded and upzipped without a hitch. but when i enter the url that they suggest, i get a page not found error. i'm using winxp pro and the IIS. also, i have mysql, php and apache loaded on the machine. thanks in advance for all advice!

Maybe u forgot to register php as script-processor in IIS or forgot to set index.php as default-page in iis.
