help manual ?

OK, there are many features on Sugar that I just don't understand how they function and would like to learn more. however, the basic manual doesn't talk much in details. Any place where those thigns are discssed better in details?

Can you give an example of what you are refering to?

sure, like few:

1) In Opportunities there is field "Next Step". Is it just recorded for the sake of it or you can search it?
2) In Opportunities there is field "Probablity". Does that match that number to something? Or again, field for itself?
3) What is exact differnce b/w Projects and Campaigns and in what cases you just don't need one.
4) In capaigns, can i just dump somewhere a list of emails and that will be the receiving list that gets emailed?

Questions like that sometimes I have and I can't find a useful case -> scenariou manuals. In most cases there is just brief overall short description of the section and then it leaves you there.

ps. All those questions are just a sample...not necessarly what I have now since in the past week i have found some idea of what they might mean.
