help multi tenant crm-is posible multiple organizations?

Hi.
We are looking for a multi tenant solution.
we want to offer a solution for multiple organizations with diferents contacs , clients ... etc.
Is posible with Sugar CRM ??

The short answer is yes you can Depending on several ways to go about it. In the Pro and Enterprise they have advance Team managment and roles to manage access. Each company could be assigned to a team or teams. This could be used to seperate companies within a single database.

Your other option is to create multiple database instances and multiple SugarCRM directories for each company (This will work with the OpenSource version). Each company would need to go to a specific subdirectory to get to its data. There is no possability of sharing data between companies with this method. A utility program would need to be written to enable sharing of information between companies for syncronizing information that you want to share.

With the professional and enterprise editions, is it possible to configure it so that companies cannot see any evidence that other companies are on the same service?

For example, they can't see and choose the teams.....
