Help needed for mass importing emails to sugar

HI all,

am a newbie to SugarCRM, i have configured it to my requirements some how. You will find my story with Sugar on this thread

Now what i want to do is , I have around 1800 emails in my inbox, which i want to import into sugar, there are many mails for which i already have contacts created associated with the account. I want to see the previous history of the mails in the account itself.

How do i mass import the mail so that it automatically attaches itself to corresponding contact and accounts?
currently i have to do it manually for every mail, and it would take good week to complete the task.

Also is there a possibility of creating a lead from an address contained in the "TO" field, since i have a common account from where the mails are redirected to me how do i generate a lead for the actual incoming address.??

Kindly help, i also observed that every mail i send has two copies in send mail item. I am directly connecting to a gmail account.

Kindly guide me to the solution of my queries.

Vicz, how do you conect an outlook email to Suger Professional on Demand?

If you have multiple emails from each sender you should be able to sort by sender in Outlook and then select all of the emails to archive to the particular contact and archive them in a group.
