I am an MSc student in London. As a part of my thesis on the study of integration of open source technologies and Software as a Service( SaaS or on-demand solutions) , I have developed questionnaire surveys to gain perspective into current trends in the SaaS marketplace, aimed at SaaS vendors, SMBs, Enterprises and other users.
SugarCRM is a pioneering and well established player in the SaaS marketplace. As members of the SugarCRM community,
your participation is absolutely critical to the success of this project. Only through your responses can we better understand the SaaS marketplace.
