Hide Subpanels not working

I am trying to hide a subpanel in the admin. After moving the panel to the right and clicking save the menu pops back to the left column. Is anyone else having this problem?

Which version of Sugar are you seeing this behavior in?

Do you have an external cache, such as APC, Wincache, or Memcache installed on your system? If so try clearing it out and doing a refresh of that page.
