High volume email archives...

Hi all,

Can Sugar be used as an archive for a huge volume of e-mails?

I have a typical customer who is using Outlook and has his PST files growing mad (2 gig).

As a solution I was thinking in installing a Sugar instance and migrate the e-mails (using Jrabbit) to the appropriate accounts.

The customer wants to be able to search his archived e-mails, I know Sugar can do it, but for high volume does it requires special care at the DB level?

Can Sugar do the job?

I would not recommend it for this task - Sugar architecture only seems suited to light duty as an email server or archive.
