home screen, modules, etc.

My users are not the most computer savvy, and I am planning on using very few modules of the Sugar O/S.
1) So I want to edit the home page for ALL users. How do I do that? I understand I can prevent them from editing it in the Admin section, but how do I create the "locked in" version of the home page?
2) Also, since I am not using many of the modules, how do I remove the subpanels for the modules I am not using from the module viewes? (I.E. in the Contacts tab I only want the Opportunities subpanel, no "direct campaigns", no grouped tabs, etc.)
3) Finally, is there a way to remove the "Mass Update" for the users on the list view? I am not sure what it does, but I definately do not want the users to mass update anything (maybe only the admin).

once u login as admin go into the admin tab and there u will find the studio tab...

I was looking at the studio. But could not find where to do those things. For #1, there is no way to edit the layout of the "Home" page in the studio. For #2, I see where you can change the layout of the SubPanels, but do not see where you can remove them. Same goes for #3.

Ok, if there is no way to edit the home page for all users, is there at least a way to completely disable it for all users?
When I try to get rid of the HOME tab in the advanced settings, it still shows up.
